A 5-Minute Lesson In Setting The Right Expectations With Credit Repair

Today’s topic, we’re going to get right into it because I’ve got a lot of stuff to talk about, but I first want to make sure that you guys understand, first and foremost we are working behind the scenes to make sure that your credit gets fixed as fast as humanly possible.

One of the things I want to share with you today is how to have the right expectations.

The background of business is expectations, and let me explain what this means to you.

You expect when you get up in the morning that if your coffee is made for you, and you drink it, whether you make it or someone else makes it for you, you expect that you’re going to get a boost of energy that’s going to start your day.

You expect that if you go to a restaurant and you order medium and it comes out extra well, you expect that you’re going to be upset.

You expect if you’re throwing a 16th birthday party for your daughter, and she’s not excited at all when you present the car that the expectations are not met.

You expect that when you go to the doctor and the doctor says, “Hey, after you take this shot, this tetanus shot, the next day your arm is going to feel like it’s literally going to fall off.” But what if the doctor didn’t tell you that?

What if the doctor didn’t tell you that your next day after this shot, that your arm was literally going to feel like it fell off? Would you be upset? Would you be worried? Would you be like, “What happened? This is not the right feeling.”

The importance of expectations in business is so important that it’s met because at the end of the day when people are buying a service and expectations are not met, they feel like they’ve been ripped off.

They feel like they’ve been scammed. They feel like you guys are not working on their behalf in the best interest of them.

So what if you’re going to work? You expect to leave at a certain time every morning and get to work at a certain time.

But what happens if there’s construction or an accident?

Then your expectations were not met, and it makes people angry.

So as a company, and you’re going to ask, how is this relevant to Wholesale Tradelines? I’m going to share something with you. The importance of expectations, going back to my original thing is that when people’s expectations are not met, they are angry, they are upset, they feel like they’re being scammed.

So think about it this way. What if their expectations were met? What if they were met because on the frontline you don’t over-promise, you over-deliver.

If I told you guys that a tradeline was going to take a year, one year to post, it’s going to take a year, you won’t even see it for a year on your credit report, would you be excited about buying a tradeline?

No, of course not. But then there are companies that’ll tell you it can be on in three to five days.

And what happens is when that expectation is not met because it takes 20 days, or whatever the case is, you feel like, “Well, he told me three to five days, and 20 days later it’s not there.” Okay?

Then what are we going to start doing?

So here’s what I want to tell you guys.

There’s a fine line in a business with hitting expectations because the reality is this, it’s taken you years to mess up your credit.

And I want to say this with a little bit of authority because it’s amazing how many people want something fixed in days that had taken them years to screw up.

Takes years to screw up your credit, but you want everything fixed in 30 days or less.

And it’s because your expectations are unrealistic.

Here at the Wholesale Tradelines, moving forward, what we’re going to do is make sure that your expectations are realistic.

I don’t want to hear, you know, “Dean told me it was going to be X amount of time. Mike told me it was going to be X.”

If we set the expectations at 60 days … Now, does a tradeline take 60 days to post?

We all know that tradelines don’t typically take 60 days post.

However, what if I told you 60 and it posted in 15? Would you be happy? Would you be complaining? Would you think it’s a scam?

No, because your expectations were met. It’s actually better than you thought.

But what if I told you that your tradeline is going to post in two weeks, and it took 31 days because it was something out of our control, whether it was the lion got shut down, the cardholder couldn’t add any more people, the card was exhausted.

What if that happened, but we told you 15 days? So I want you to know, nope, first and foremost that we are always going to be honest with our expectations because we want your business, we don’t need it.

We want you to be happy and want you to have the expectations that things are going to happen within reason, so we are going to tell you 60 days so that way when it happens faster, you’re ecstatic.

We’re going to over-promise instead of under deliver.

So a lot of people, just so you guys know, a lot of people, “Well I need something to post in two to three days.”

I will never have one of my guys tell you something’s going to post within a day or two just to earn your business.

We want to earn your business a clean way, and I hope you can appreciate that.

But just know this, I’ve never scammed or stolen money from anybody. I’ve helped over 20,000 peoples in five years.

Never, not one time, ever taken somebody’s money and not performed the service.

Now have there been times when expectations haven’t been met?

Yes, there has been, and they will get a refund or they get a replacement line. Things happen in business out of our control.

When you’re talking about credit when you’re talking about an industry that is not based solely on what we do here, right?

You’ve got the credit bureaus that are involved here. We’ve got the cardholders, the people that actually do the ads that are involved here.

There’s a lot of human to human interaction, so things can go wrong at times, but I just asked you guys to have expectations that are not silly, which leads me into my next thing.

What we have done over the years is aligned ourselves with the major government agencies, BBB, IRS, federal trade commission, attorney general, and most attorneys.

What I mean by that is this, the first thing that people do, “I’m going to the BBB,” or, “I’m going to … ” Listen, I’ve aligned all my contracts and agreements. Most people are against government agencies.

What we do is we actually befriend them.

We want them to be on our side. We are pro-government. We are pro these because the reality is this guys, most tradeline companies and credit repair companies are a fricking scam.

Most of them are, and so they put these policies and procedures and laws and acts in place to protect the consumer.

But when you guys feel like someone’s scamming you or someone is trying to take your money, the first thing you want to do is, “I’m going to go to complain at the attorney general.”

Well, guess what?

We’ve aligned everything and our contracts with the attorney general. So go ahead.

Because when you sign a contract, it states that it can be up to 60 days.

So you got the FTC that was in proof, you’ve got the IRS, you’ve got the FTC, you got the Better Business Bureau, right?

You’ve got your attorneys.

But if we align our services to match what they are looking for, and we are with them, not against them, which most companies and entrepreneurs are against them, we’re with them. We want to be compliant.

We don’t want the headache. I don’t want the headache.

I’m certainly not going to scam you or take your money with as successful as our company is over a couple a hundred bucks.

I’ll tell you to take your money and go somewhere else.

I’d rather be honest and not deal with the headache later, then to have that on my plate.

So know this, we want to work behind the scenes.

Every single day, we’re working to help as many families as humanly possible to make sure that you’re getting added to your tradelines in a timely manner, that your credit repair is being done in a reasonable time, that your inquiry removal is being done in a reasonable time.

But the expectations will be 60 days.

Most of our services now will be quoted, not only quoted, but it’s already been in contracts for years that it can take up to 60 days.

I would rather tell you the truth up front and earn your business the legal and right way, than to scam you, to be a sleazy snake oil salesman to say it’s going to post in three days.

And when it doesn’t, you’re complaining at the government agencies. I don’t want the headache.

We want to be honest. We want to make sure that you guys are taken care of. That’s our goal here.

As we grow as a company, and our YouTube channel grows, and our Facebook, and Instagram, and our clientele grows, you guys know that I’m the only channel that brings this to you every single day.

I can’t be more transparent and honest with us being everything, from the 9:06 meeting, you guys know that I tell you everything about the company, to every day bringing free content to make sure that you know what to do, what to do, when to do it, and how to do it when it comes to credit.

So this message is specifically for those who deal with business with us. I’m going to recap.

If you do business with us, understand that it takes years to mess up credit, and to be patient, that the expectations that I’m telling you can be up to 60 days.

It doesn’t typically take that long, but if you knew it was 60 and it happened in 20, would you not be absolutely tickled and excited? Yes.

That’s why I’m not going to tell you for two weeks because I want to make sure that you understand that it can possibly take longer.

I’m willing to go on that fine line and do it honestly and earn your business the right way than to find out that we’ve lied to you, for you to go to a company to complain.

Now, there should be no complaints.

Number one, we are compliant with all the government agencies.

So they’re always going to refer back to the contract, which states clearly what we do. Everybody gets a copy of it.

Every time you order, you get a copy of your order, the order form, your contract, signatures, everything.

We want to make sure that you are protected. That’s our job. We grow as a company, we want you to grow with us.

We appreciate all your business, and we appreciate dealing with us directly.

That’s why I want to come to you today, peel back the curtains, tell you how I feel, but also understand guys, this stuff takes time.

We’re going to be the fastest one out there to doing credit repair, to helping you with your inquiries, to helping you with tradelines.

Just understand, if it years to mess up, please be patient within that 60 days to know that we’re working behind the scenes to help you every single day.
